In a shop made for shoe repair, the Cobbler Shop Sessions were captured. The music was recorded mostly live with the exception where Foy and I couldn’t play more than one instrument at once or sing three-part harmony with one voice. The music is alive and in the moment, not unlike a lot of the music we love and listen to. Some things were rehearsed; in other instances we caught little treasures in time. The cobbler shop provided warmth from the cold outside, fire for the music, and passion for the craft of sewing together the Cobbler Shop Sessions. Enjoy the music and I hope you’re wearing your favourite pair of shoes. Love—LMH
